We choose to ship with Australia Post.
What is your return policy?
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes there are faulty products, leakages, and other issues when shipping skincare- that’s why we want to be flexible and honest. Please email us at hello@wearesavingdaylight.com and view our return policy for extra information.
Why don't Saving Daylight products come in a box?
At Saving Daylight we believe in keeping a lean environmental impact, and any packaging that we can eliminate, we do. We want to get the products to you in the best condition possible, without creating waste. That's why we've chosen to partner with HeroPackaging, sending our products to you in fully compostable mailers with bubble padding.
What do you exclude from your products?
We don’t formulate with petrolatum/mineral oils, sulphates (SLS/SLES), synthetic fragrances, animal derivatives, artificial colours or harsh detergents.
Are your products recyclable?
YES! Our product packaging is recyclable, including our product caps. We encourage that you save your pump for next time.
The Cleanser
The Cleanser may feel runny - why?
We want to give our clients great spread + gliding action for the best cleansing outcome. You can even use The Cleanser with a cleansing device such as the Foreo.

The final ingredient is parfum - why?
We use this ingredient as a natural preservative system, however we need to list it as its primary function as governed by Australian labelling laws. In Australia, cosmetics and personal care products must be labelled in accordance with the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991. This is enforced by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
